Apply lip balm a few minutes before Glitter Lip application. Pat off excess oils with a tissue. Apply Gloss Bond and Cosmetic Glitter to one lip at a time. Apply the Cosmetic Glitter directly to the lips with the specially designed dual-end applicator sponge (Dampen to pick up the Glitter). Dust off excess with the brush end of the applicator. Remove with an oil based cleanser.
